Nestled along the banks of the Fall River, the Phase 1 condos at RiverWood offer large living space for families or couples (in the off season) and easy access to fishing and enjoyment of the mountain river.

Phase I offers four 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums situated along the river. These condos are ranch style and have no steps within the condo. The condos are 1250 sq. ft. and feature:

• Living room with wall to ceiling windows looking at the Fall River, a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, love seat, dining table, television, CD player, DVD player and private line phone
• Atrium doors leading to a large deck with deck furniture and a separate picnic table along the riverbank
• Complete kitchen with full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and much more…
• Washer and dryer in laundry closet
• Two bedrooms each with a king bed and television; master bedroom walks out to the deck on the river
• Two baths, each with a shower/tub combination; master bathroom includes a 6 ft. jetted tub
• Standard occupancy for these condos is up to 4 persons including children. A 5th person can be added for an additional charge.

Phase I also offers two, 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus loft bedroom condominiums on the river.

These units offer the same features as the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos but also have an additional loft bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and a television. The master bedroom also features a second gas fireplace. Standard occupancy for these condos is up to 6 persons including children. These condos are 1350 sq. feet.

All condominiums offer these amenities:

• RiverWood's completely equipped kitchens feature full size appliances (not the smaller, apartment version) so if you chose to eat in, you will have the tools you need with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
• The kitchen includes dinnerware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, knife set, mixing bowls and a full set of cooking utensils; small appliances include a toaster, drip coffeemaker, electric mixer, blender and electric fry pan.
• Coffee, tea, sugar & artificial sweetener, salt & pepper, are all provided at no charge
• The condo also has an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and broom. Since the condos are individually owned, all have special touches throughout the living area including artwork featuring a mountain or western theme, reading material and more.
• Each condo has its own gas grill for easy outdoor cooking.

IN THE OFFICE you will also find free DVDs which you can check out for an evening’s entertainment. We also have many board games and cards for our rare rainy days. If your children need entertainment, there is a cedar play structure which sits on the ridge next to the office. If the adults need entertainment, there is also fishing along RiverWood's 600 foot private riverfront.

A computer kiosk is available at the office for checking email and printing off boarding passes if you choose not to bring your laptop.
