Couples Rate

Note: 1 Bedroom Couples Rate DOES NOT apply to Phase I 2 bedrooms with a loft bedroom condominiums.

To obtain the 1 Bedroom Couples Rate when making an on-line reservation:

Select the 1 or 2 Bedroom Condominium in the Phase that you wish to reserve and enter the # of rooms. (Click “Continue”)
On the Group Details Page enter “2” for the # of Adults. (Click “Reserve”)
On the Verify Reservations Details Page select “One Bedroom” (Click “Apply”) This will change the rate to the 1 Bedroom Couples Rate. Then just complete the rest of the on-line booking process to receive the 1 Bedroom Couples Rate for your stay!

Want an Even Lower Couples Rate??

From November 1st until May 1st, we offer even lower Couples Rates if you stay 2 or more nights. To obtain these very special rates you must book them directly by calling our Toll Free number: 800-343-4554.

*Occupancy

Rate Chart indicates maximum occupancy. However, two bedroom condominiums can accommodate a 5th person for an additional $20 per night. Note: all persons (including children and infants) are counted in total party size.

Rates & Discounts

A 10% discount is offered for stays of 7 night or longer. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. A fee of $50 or 10% of the total amount, whichever is greater, applies to all cancellations. From mid-May to mid-October and including all holiday periods, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will have the deposit refunded less the cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less cancellation fee, provided that the condominium is re-rented for all nights reserved. The same policy applies from mid-October to mid-May except with a $25/10% cancellation fee & a 7 day cancellation period (excluding all holidays). You are responsible for all nights reserved.

General Policies

In high season, there is a limit of three condominiums per group/family. All condominiums are non-smoking. No pets are permitted anywhere on the property. Minimum stays may apply. These are housekeeping units with daily towel & trash service. A mini-clean with linen change is also included midway through stays of 6 nights or longer.
