We're not a large corporate entity…rather, a unique collection of twelve condominiums on over three acres of riverfront land.
Located just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park…yet also convenient to Estes Park shopping, dining and its variety of year-round activities, festivals and cultural events. You can take the Fall River hike/bike trail and walk to the newly completed outdoor amphitheater, kayak course and downtown shops. RiverWood condominiums include outstanding amenities to meet your every need. Our floor plans are among the largest in Estes Park. They range in size from 1,050 to 1,350 square feet of living area. The RiverWood Floor Plans

At RiverWood we offer three spacious condominium floor plans for you to chose from.
Spacious Phase I with Loft Living Room	The Phase I:  two bedroom/two bath condominium has a spacious one level floor plan with riverfront decks off of the living room and master bedroom. The Phase I:  two bedroom/two bath plus loft condominium features an additional loft bedroom with queen bed and a second fireplace in the master bedroom.

The Phase II:  two bedroom/two bath condominium is a two level floor plan with a large redwood deck overlooking Fall River. Additional features include a master bath with two person Jacuzzi Whirlpool Spa and walk-in shower.

The Phase III:  two bedroom/two bath condominium is a larger version of the Phase II model. Additional feature includes a separate Jacuzzi spa room overlooking Fall River.

Although couples stay at RiverWood throughout the year, we offer special couple's rates in the fall, winter and spring. During these months, you can enjoy all the amenities & features of the living area and kitchen along with the master bedroom and master bath at reduced rates.

The Seasons at Riverwood ...

Even though Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are best known as a popular summer vacation destination for many visitors, it is a better kept secret that RMNP offers special attractions in the fall and winter months. RiverWood is especially well located to enjoy wildlife viewing from your deck or balcony during these quieter months. In fact, if you plan a fall vacation, you may be able to hear the elk bugling during their annual mating ritual from your deck. If you plan a stay during the winter months, you can experience the beauty of the mountains at a special time…nothing compares to the ponderosa and spruce covered with a blanket of snow. Also, many of our visitors come to snowshoe, cross country ski & hike in this most pristine time of the year. Families especially enjoy the opportunity to sled at Hidden Valley or Bear Lake…or skate outdoors at Estes Park's new skating rink.

Rates and General Information

*Occupancy Rate Chart indicates maximum occupancy. However, two bedroom condominiums can accommodate a 5th person for an additional $20 per night. Note: all persons (including children and infants) are counted in total party size. Rates & Discounts A 10% discount is offered for stays of 7 night or longer. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Cancellations A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. A fee of $50 or 10% of the total amount, whichever is greater, applies to all cancellations. From May 15 through October 11 and including all holiday periods, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will have the deposit refunded less the cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less cancellation fee, provided that the condominium is re-rented for all night reserved. The same policy applies from October 15 through May 14 except with a $25/10% cancellation fee & a 7 day cancellation period (excluding all holidays). You are responsible for all nights reserved. General Policies In high season, there is a limit of two condominiums per group/family. All condominiums are non-smoking. No pets are permitted anywhere on the property. Minimum stays may apply. These are housekeeping units with daily towel & trash service. A mini-clean with linen change is also included midway through stays of 6 nights or longer.
